Whitehall Elementary, A Global Communication School, focuses on three main components: Languages, Technology for Communication, and Cultural Studies.  Whitehall recognizes the need to prepare students to compete in a global society.  To accomplish this, students must have a better understanding of the world.   Consequently, Whitehall students are learning a second language, engaged daily with the latest technology for learning and communication, and developing an appreciation for cultural diversity and the accomplishments of others across the globe.

þ Whitehall is a good place to learn. My mom wants me to be smart. Being a student at Whitehall will help me to be smart. (Hadi Akhtar—Kindergarten)

þ The teachers at Whitehall are nice, and they really care about what the students are learning. They help all students here. The school has programs to help others like Relay for Life and writing letters to students at a school in Belize and sending things like books to the students there. (Kaylee Gray—Grade 4)

þ My favorite part of Whitehall is learning because Mr. Snow is a great principal, and he has the teachers write good lesson plans. (Nyla Teasley—Grade 2)
