Anderson School District Five has developed a two-year leadership program for present and potential administrative leaders.  The Assistant Principals' Academy (APA) is for current assistant principals, individuals certified in school administration, or individuals in the process of completing an administrative certification program.  Twelve to fifteen District Five certified staff members will be chosen.  APA members must be committed to attending all program events and in taking an active role in the sessions.

Requirements:  To be accepted into the Assistant Principals' Academy, you must be a full-time district employee, have 4 years of teaching experience, and be currently certified in school administration or in the process of completing an administrative certification program.  Also, APA cohort groups are formed only when there are a sufficient number of applicants.
