Past Due Assignments

  • Algebra I Honor students will be working towards a high school credit course. I will send weekly e-mails updating you on the content that students will be learning, quizzes, projects, and tests that will be occurring. You may also look on the calendar to help you as well. I will also post in the announcements section a copy of the e-mail. 
     
    Students will be working towards completing the following units:
    The First Nine Weeks:  Foundations, solving inequalities, Matrices
    The  Second Nine Weeks: Introduction to Functions, Linear Functions, Systems of Equations and Inequalities
    The Third Nine Weeks: Exponential Functions, Polynomials and Factoring, Quadratic Functions and Equations, More on Quadratic Functions
    The Forth Nine Weeks:  Radical Expressions and Equations, Rational Expressions and Functions
     
    Students will be given a textbook at the beginning of the year. Please make sure they bring it to class EVERYDAY. They should have time to work on homework each day. Homework will be checked everyday at the beginning, and than slowly will be a couple of times a week. Students are still responsible for doing their homework, since their homework  will be in their notebooks. 
     
    Grading: 
    40% Test
    30%  Quiz
    20% Daily
    10% Notebook
