To create or edit your e-mail signature:
1. Click the settings gear icon and select Options.
2. Click Settings and select Mail
3. Edit your signature in the text field.
TIP: To always use your signature, check the box next to Automatically include my signature on messages I send
If you do not want to always use your Signature, leave this box unchecked.
You can add your Signature to any message by clicking the Insert button and choosing Signature button at the top of the unsent message.
