My name is Carlie Taylor. This is my tenth year teaching. I am very excited to be part of your child's arts journey. I received both my undergraduate and master's degrees in education from Anderson University. Drama is my passion and I love sharing the magic of theater with young children. I have been participating in theater for over 20 years as an actor, director, choreographer, stage manager, and member of the technical team.  I am co-founder and the Youth Programming Liason at the Market Theatre Company now it its sixth season in downtown Anderson. 

My husband Noah and I have been married for 8 years and we have one son, Elias. My husband is the Executive Artistic Director of The Market Theatre Company and works at the Southeastern Theatre Conference as the graphic design and media manager. 

When I am not working in theater I love traveling, eating spicy food, playing trivia, going to Disney World, hosting pizza and game nights, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
