In preparation for the 2017-2018 school year, the Anderson School District Five Transportation Department is requiring that ALL bus riders complete a Student Transportation Request Form to ensure that your child is routed and assigned to the closest bus stop available. Failure to complete this form for any student may result in delayed transportation eligibility and ridership.
Transportation forms received after July 31st, will be processed in the order in which they were received by the Transportation Office.
Please provide accurate information when completing this form. Failure to do so will delay your bus registration for the upcoming school year.
Special Needs Transportation services will be coordinated through the Special Education Department only.
Magnet school students who are out-of-school zone and do not qualify for bus transportation, DO NOT need to fill out this form.
Please do not fill out this form if your student will not ride the school bus on a consistent basis. Once bus routes have been stabilized, the practice is to remove students from bus rosters if they do not ride the bus for 5 consecutive days.
If you move or need to change pick up and/or drop off address after completing this request, please visit the Transportation website to fill out another bus request.
