Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!We are excited that students are back in the building. School is in session Monday-Friday from 8:20am-3:40pm.
If you are a Parent or Guardian, please use the following guidelines:
If you have a question about your student's current grade or course content, please contact the teacher directly. If your student is on Westside's campus, you may use Parent Portal to monitor your student's progress in his or her classes. If your student is a part of the Virtual Academy, you will have to contact his/her teachers for grades and progress. The counselors do not have additional information regarding specific classes; so teachers will be best equipped to inform and guide you. Teachers may be contacted by email. Please keep in mind that if you're calling about a teacher-related issue, we ask that you have communicated with the teacher first.
Individual Graduation Plans have started for students in 9th - 11th grades. While we strongly encourage parent participation, please note that at this time parents will participate virtually due to COVID restrictions. Please make sure you let your student’s counselor know how you plan to participate prior to the meeting. The options are by phone or through Google Meets (virtual). Thank you for adhering to our current rules/regulations!

Mrs. Michelle Norris will be in the Counseling Computer Lab on Friday, March 12th from 10am-1pm to help parents and students complete the FAFSA. All students are strongly encouraged to complete the FAFSA. You will need your 2019 tax return, and you must sign up for an hour time slot due to COVID 19 restrictions. Use the link above in the title or go to calendly.com/jillmcclain/fafsa. This will be the last time she is on campus this year.
