    More About Me:  I started my career as a Registered Nurse.  I have an undergraduate degree in Biology.  I hold multiple certifications, including Emergency/Trauma, Forensics, and Neuro/Crtitical Care.  I am an American Heart Association Instructor.
     
    I have been teaching the Project Lead The Way (PLTW)  Biomedical Sciences Program for 10 years.  I am PLTW certified in all of the Biomedical Sciences Courses.  I am a Master Teacher.  I spend my summer breaks teaching at univerisites for Project Lead The Way.
     
    Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked in a variety of clinical areas in hospitals/facilities throughout the United States; including Director of Emergency Nursing and Occupational/Environmental Health.  Also, I am an avid/speed reader; averaging 100+ books/year.
     
    Note:  Anderson V Career Center is a PLTW Certified School.  College credit is available for those who qualify.
