    Campus Enhancement Services Mission Statement

    To maintain and improve all district facility buildings and grounds in a manner which positively contributes to the learning experience of each student by providing a safe, clean, healthy environment while supporting community pride in appearance. 
     
     
    The Campus Enhancement Services consists of 33 Maintenance employees and 109 Custodial employees who ensure the proper function and cleanliness of all our facilities.
    • Our Custodial staff is charged daily with cleaning and maintaining 3,048,120 square feet of facilities.
    • Our Grounds staff is responsible for the upkeep of approximately 678 acres of grounds and landscaping.
    • Our Mechanical staff includes trade mechanics in the fields of HVAC repair, boiler operation, electrical installation and repair, computerized energy management, and plumbing. They are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all facility environments.
    • Our Structures staff is responsible for carpentry, painting, and roofing repairs for all facilities.
