    Welcome to my page! 
    My name is Mellonee Smith and I absolutely love being a speech language pathologist at Calhoun Academy of the Arts.  The students and I have a lot of fun learning how to improve communication skills so they can SHINE BRIGHT and feel confident when speaking and interacting with others.  This is my 24th year as a SLP and I am excited about the 2022-2023 school year. When I am not working on speech skills with students, you can find me teaching yoga in the community and playing with my precious dog, Gibson.
