Ms. Shaver is the 4th Grade Co-Chair and was named the 2020-2021 Teacher of the Year for Varennes Elementary. She first graduated from Emmanuel College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and went on to earn her Master of Arts in Teaching. Since calling Varennes "home" in 2017, she has taught both 4th and 5th grade (all subjects). She absolutely loves teaching, and couldn't imagine working in any other profession. Ms. Shaver enjoys spending time with her family. She has three children (two daughters, and one son), and a granddaughter who will be turning one year old this school year. When she isn't teaching or spending time with her loved ones, she enjoys reading, shopping online, and serving others.
