Thanks for visiting my class home page. Here's a little bit about me:
I have been teaching for roughly 15 years - math, science, social studies, art, and music. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology from Truman State University (Missouri). Additionally, I have a Masters Of Education degree from Columbus State University (Georgia). Most of my teaching has been in the 6th grade though I have experience teaching up to 12th grade.
My hobbies are just about too numerous to include but among them are: music production, electronics repair/design, building/fixing/competing on pinball machines, and running, just to name a few. I love the challenge of troubleshooting/fixing things.
Expect to be challenged in my classroom to achieve more, do better, think harder, and work smarter. You can always achieve more - it's about learning to believe in yourself and to lean into the work, and to lean on the help of your peers/colleagues when the work gets tough. Ask questions, listen to the answers.
