This is Mr. Mrakovich's first year at Varennes Elementary and in South Carolina. He currently serves as the Resource teacher for all grade levels. Prior to joining the staff at Varennes and after earning his Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University (with Magna Cum Laude honors), he held multiple roles. He previously served at Parkway Christian School in 5th grade and as the Athletic Director. He went on to Imagine Broward in 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Math/Science/Social Studies, Science Fair Coordinator, Regional Science Fair Coordinator, and Economic Sustainability Chairperson. Finally, he served at Imagine Chancellor as the Special Education Teacher for K-8th grade, Chess Teacher, and a Yoga Instructor.

He and his wife, Cara, have two daughters, Bayleigh who is ten and Adley who is three. He loves hanging out with his girls and sports (especially football).
