Mr. Adam Cobb
Mr. Cobb is the Assistant Principal for Varennes Elementary.
Mr. Cobb graduated magna cum laude from Anderson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Early-Childhood Education. He most recently graduated in 2019 with honors as a member of Kappa Delta Pi from Furman University with his Master's Degree in School Leadership. In addition to his six years of teaching experience, Mr. Cobb served as a district Digital Integration Specialist for Anderson Five, serving at Southwood Academy of the Arts, Nevitt Forest Elementary, and here at Varennes.
Mr. Cobb has also earned his South Carolina Read to Succeed Endorsement and Gifted and Talented Endorsement. He is also a Google Certified Educator. He has shared his love of learning at numerous conferences, including the Upstate Technology Conference and NCTIES in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Mr. Cobb married his beautiful wife, Kensley in June 2020. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, white water rafting, fishing, collecting crazy socks, consuming copious amounts of Chick-fil-a and Mexican food, and a good Clemson Tiger football game. GO TIGERS!!!
