August requests for a schedule change, see previously posted information below:

The School Counselors have distributed Course Request Verification (CRV) Contracts.  Students should review the courses to confirm accuracy of the classes that will be scheduled.  This is the only opportunity to adjust courses for the 2019-2020 school year.  Changes to classes will not be made after the contract is returned or when students return in August.

Students were shown an instructional video; however, the instructions are also printed on the contract.

The video is posted to YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39MtMCDxEI4

All contracts should be returned to the distributing teacher by Thursday, April 11th.  Any questions or requests should be written on the CRV contract.

This contract is the method in which counselors are communicating with the entire student body.  Responses or questions regarding this contract should be written on the back.  This is your way of letting the counselor know that you have questions. Further discussion may be warranted; however, you must turn in this contract by the deadline & then your counselor will contact you through your school email account regarding your question/comment.  Thank you for your understanding & patience.

This verification process is essential to not only your student’s individual schedule but also the Master Schedule for over 1800 students.  We appreciate your attention to this matter.
