PreK4 Screening Appointment Portal (Waiting List ONLY)

Anderson School District Five will maintain a running waiting list for PreK4 applicants through the PreK4 Screening Appointment Portal beginning May 1, 2023. As vacancies become available throughout the school year, applicants who have successfully submitted an appointment request through the PreK4 Screening Appointment Portal will be contacted by Early Childhood/Elementary Instructional Services. It is imperative that the online portion of this process is completed in order to be considered as an applicant for the PreK4 Waiting List. 

Please note that any guardian that previously completed a request on the Preschool Screening Appointment Portal SHOULD NOT complete it again.

Our PreK4 program is available to ALL students who are four-years-old on or before September 1, 2023. A child’s admittance into the PreK4 program is non-discriminatory. A child may be considered for the PreK4 program on the basis of one of the following criteria: 1) Income-eligibility, 2) School Readiness – DIAL - 4 Assessment (ONLY if vacancies exist), OR 3) Tuition (ONLY if vacancies exist). Please recognize that priority enrollment for all seats in the PreK4 Program will be given to income-eligible students. 

It is imperative that the online portion of this process is completed in order to be considered as an applicant for the PreK4 Waiting List. The online portal is accessible using the links below:

It is important that guardians recognize and understand that submitting a Screening Appointment request for the PreK4 Waiting List does NOT guarantee a child’s enrollment into the program.
