The E-LEARNING HOTLINE is for Students, Parents of students, Teachers, and all school Staff. Over the HOTLINE we will be able to provide technical support for issues such as students not being able to login to their Chromebook, teachers passwords expiring, and we’ll provide support by walking parents and/or students through the steps of accessing their assignments, or connecting their device to the internet. If your device has suffered physical damage, we will not be able to provide repair support over the phone nor do we want you or anyone else attempting to repair the device yourself.
If your device has suffered physical damage rendering it unusable, you will need to bring said device to the REAR ENTRANCE of the District Office on the FIRST FLOOR. Knock on the door on the LEFT side of the Roll Up Door and a representative from the IT Department will be there to take your broken device and issue you a replacement.
We will ONLY be at the District Office for physical repairs Monday through Friday from 8AM - 4PM.
