1095-C Information

Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA), employers are no longer required to automatically provide written health insurance coverage notices to each eligible employee.

 

Anderson School District 5 employees may request a copy of their Form 1095-C by emailing [email protected] or by calling 864-260-5000. Requested copies will be completed and mailed to the employee’s address on file with the District Office within 30 days.

 

In addition, a copy of each employee’s Form 1095-C will be posted to ESS by the annual IRS deadline, which is typically in early March.
