My Ride K-12 app (formerly known as Traversa Ride 360) provides quick and secure access to your child's bus schedule/routing information, which can include the bus stop, route, and bus number.  This program can be accessed via the web or mobile app and is free to download and use.

Existing Users: Please download the newer version of this app by May 1st called My Ride K-12.  Ride 360 application will not be operational after then. You will need to download the new version My Ride K-12 (Tyler Technologies, Inc) with your existing user name and password.  Once logged in all your student's information will be transferred over to the new application.  If you have any issues, please contact Transportation Services.  

Bus Route Information
The app is currently used for bus route information purpose only until we have thoroughly tested out the new app.  The app will show you the bus number, bus stop location, and approximate bus stop time for each run that your child is assigned to.  Some functionality of the app features have been turned off until further notice due to developers working on the updated version of the app.  We will continue to use the app as a source of bus information for your child.

Parents/guardians will still need to use their student's Student ID# (received from school) and student's Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD) to add their student to the app.

Posted bus routes for pick-up and drop-off times are approximate times only.

Please remember that doubled routes, mechanical problems, traffic, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may cause some routes to be early or delayed.  

Routes that are split between 2 buses will not show an updated time.  The app does not have that capability at this time.

Also, as students choose not to ride or to ride the bus during the school year, pick-up and drop-off times are adjusted which may be reflected on the My Ride K-12 app.

For example, the elimination of just one bus stop (because students no longer ride or are absent from stop on a particular day) can affect a route by 5-10 minutes.

It is recommended that parents and students arrive at their bus stops at least twenty (20) minutes prior to the published times.

If you see an issue with your child’s transportation information or need a bus stop, please fill out the 2022-2023 New Bus Stop Request online.  You may not request any changes via the My Ride K-12 app message center.  Once your child has been assigned to a bus route it will show up on the My Ride K-12 app.  

Push notifications about late buses or any vital information that is pertaining to your child's bus information will be sent via the My Ride K-12 message center.  We are no longer sending out telephone calls.  You must be logged in to receive push notifications.

Getting Started with Your Mobile Device

To access student routing information through the My Ride K-12 mobile app, do the following:

  1. Download “My Ride K-12” from the Google Play Store or Apple IOS Store.

  2. After the installation is complete, open the mobile app.

  3. When you’re asked to find your school district, search for Anderson School District Five.

  4. Once your district is selected, you’ll be presented with the login page. If you don’t already have a login, click ‘Register’.

  5. To register, enter your email address, create your password and username.

  6. After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The provided link will require you to confirm your registration through the My Ride K-12 website.

  7. Login, and then add your child by going to My Students and choosing the + button. This will present the Find a Student screen.

  8. Enter the required fields: Student's Student ID (request from school) and Date of Birth {Ex: YYYY-MM-DD}.
    You may repeat this step to find your other students.   The Student ID is the same Student ID you use for Parent Portal.

  9. When all students are added, you can then view transportation information for each of your students.

  10. If you’d like to share a student link with another person, go to My Students and either long-press for Android or left-swipe for iOS.

  11. Choose which students to share, then enter the email address of the person you’d like to share with.
    That person will receive a confirmation email, which will then automatically link the student to that user.
    They will be required to register with My Ride K-12 if they haven’t already done so.

  12. The bus's route number is the first two numbers listed in the Run ID and is the only number a student needs to reference and remember.

NOTE: You must stay logged into the App to Receive Push Notifications

***If at any time you need to disable a user account that you have shared for your child, please send a message in the message center app to disable that user.
